In this position you get the opportunity to have influence on both structure and process in combination with motivating and leading a knowledge intensive production.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensuring malt is produced safely, cost-effectively and on time according to the customer’s specification and quality standards
• Responsible for the entire manufacturing process
• Leading a team of approx 20 employees by using the excellent leadership and communications skills
• Member of the local management team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or comparable education- Brew Master education is a plus.
• Strong management experience, preferably in food & beverage industry
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Good IT skills
• Demonstrated success in managing and driving change in production environment
• Demonstrated success in driving performance and delivering commitments
• Curious and have a can-do attitude
• Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English
